A deep clean is for a home you're still living in — not a move-out or empty-property reset, but a home that needs more than routine cleaning. I assess the condition and buildup first, then recommend the level of service that actually fits.
Life gets busy, and sometimes the home is the thing that falls behind. Maybe the kitchen or bathrooms haven't had real attention in a while, and reaching out can feel a little awkward to bring up.
That part doesn't matter to me. I assess the property, not the reasons it needs work, and I focus on what will make the biggest practical difference for the time and budget you have.
Deep cleaning isn't the same as a move-in or move-out clean, and it isn't just "more time" tacked onto a regular clean. The home stays occupied the whole time — you're living there before, during, and after. It's for a property that's still lived in but hasn't had a full reset in months, is being prepped for guests, or just needs more than a routine tidy-up. That's a different job than emptying and resetting a vacant property, and it's priced and scoped differently as a result.
A property can look like it needs a light clean at first glance and turn out to need significantly more once you're actually in it. That's what the assessment is for — matching the work to the property's real condition, not guessing from a description over the phone. Some homes need what's covered under the Detailed package; others, with more buildup, need the full reset covered under Renewal. Either way, you'll know the package and the price before I start.
Full appliance interiors — oven, fridge — aren't automatically included in a deep clean, since the home is occupied and access and contents vary from one kitchen to the next. If you want appliance interiors included, just mention it and I'll build it into your quote.
Please clear small items off kitchen countertops and remove any products from shower and tub surfaces.
Deep cleaning addresses buildup, grease, and grime — not restoration. Severe buildup may take more than one visit to fully address, and sealed or built-in components aren't forced open or disassembled. If something can't realistically be improved further through cleaning, I'll tell you before I start, not after.
Deep cleaning doesn't have one fixed starting price — it typically falls under the Detailed or Renewal package, depending on your property's actual condition and buildup, confirmed after a quick assessment.
