Hi, I'm Elena.
My professional background began in Child & Youth Care, and more than 10 years ago, I found my way into cleaning while building a new direction for myself. Along the way, I discovered a real strength for it: walking into homes in the middle of a stressful transition, figuring out what actually needs to happen, and helping people move forward. Over time, that grew into a specialization in move-in, move-out, deep cleaning, and turnover work across Coquitlam and the Tri-Cities.
My Child & Youth Care background isn't what taught me how to clean — it shaped how I work with people who are overwhelmed, embarrassed, or just trying to get through a hard week. I assess before I react, I don't judge the state a home is in, and I tell you honestly what can and can't realistically be restored — I don't promise perfection, I promise honesty. In move-in and move-out situations especially, that matters, because the condition of the home is often only one part of a much bigger transition.
I work independently, by choice. When you book House Cleaning Coquitlam, you're booking me — I show up, I assess the property, and I'm personally accountable for the result.
Ten years in, that's still what it comes down to: showing up, being honest about what a home needs, and doing right by the people going through the transition.
